As of 23 November, 2013, Here are the confirmed participants for Kasadyahan Festival Regional Cultural Competition:

1. Salakayan – Miagao, Iloilo
2. Hubon Saranggola sa Manggahan sa Guimaras
3. Hubon Binagtong sa Manggaha sa Guimaras
4. Tribu Hugyaw – St. Therese MTC Colleges
5. Olalong – Cabalum Western College

Seven groups have also signified their intention to join but are yet to submit their official entry forms.
